Webgrain Launches NextGen Website

NextGenNextGen is a group for young professionals aged 21 to 39(isn) which is part of the Billings Chamber of Commerce. The network exists to foster relationships among young professionals, develop business opportunities, support civic involvement, and promote an overall investment in the future of our community. Two of Webgrain's own belong to the group - Stephen Dimock, Project Mananger and Programmer and Jessica Baldwin, a Webgrain Partner.  Jessica serves on the NextGen Executive Council and Steering Committee which help guide the direction of the new group's functions and priorities. Webgrain is committed to being a part of our business and civic community and sees the NextGen group as a valuable asset to both.  Therefore, we are honored to support NextGen with our time as well as with the donation of a website. In developing the site, we were tasked with creating a professional yet dynamic looking site that would appeal to both the Gen-Xers and Millenials who may be interested in joining the group and also to their employers.  The site offers information for members and their employers regarding member benefits and allows members to sign up online.  Committee and project information is also available and notes from each meeting can be added to keep everyone on the same page.  Events are displayed prominently so that members always know what socials and professional development opportunities are available to them. NextGen will help young professionals foster connections that will last throughout their professional careers.  Webgrain is excited to be a part of this group and its involvement in shaping the Billings community.
